The folks working with IAM and Karen Tax & Associates are independent contractors. Our intention is to have the freedom to easily move in and out of working together as it best suits our personal needs and our effectiveness with clients.

We use opportunities to collaborate on specific client projects to determine whether ongoing or long term work together is joyful, effective and productive for all involved, including customers. Karen uses collaborative projects to ensure the quality of IAM is well established within the early years of IAM creation, and to determine the capacity, competence and ability of Collaborators to walk the IAM talk.

Once we experience success working together as Collaborators, folks may become involved with IAM as Associates and play a more strategic role in the development of the IAM body of work.

All of our clients are partners and Collaborators with us in developing and using IAM.

We also use the IAM Touchstones as a guide for all of our interactions, to stay grounded in the learning, transformation and healing that is the goal of all of our work together.
