IAM Touchstones
In addition to the maps, we have developed a simple set of foundational, guiding principles that are built into the entire body of IAM work. We call these the IAM Touchstones: they are ideas that we visit over and over again to learn more about who we are at our best.
We believe that the touchstones contain wisdom that we are all tapping into – wisdom about the abundant nature of the world we live in. Businesses like Google and Red Hat are using this wisdom – shaping the Abundance Economy and leading the evolution of technology and collaboration through open source software.
The IAM approach is fundamentally about a radical transformation from scarcity based business to abundance based business: it’s how we at KT&A are doing business, it’s where we want to play!
