Workshops are available in 1-2 hour, 1/2 day, one day and two day sessions at non-profit and corporate rates. Workshops may include limited access to online tools.

IAM learning journeys are available over a few months: participation happens in small chunks with follow-up coaching support to deepen learning. Most probably the journey will take from 3-to-6 months, depending on the design we co-create to address your specific organizational needs.

• Career Development, 3-6 months
• Personal leadership development, 3 months
• Organizational leadership development, 3 months
• Targeted capacity building for coaches / leaders / managers / mentors, 2-4 months

With an IAM learning journey, the cost per participating employee is significantly lower than many traditional training programs. After initial design and development costs [one-time-only], remaining cost includes individual and/or group coaching and workshops as needed, plus IAM license fees for accessing and using online learning.

IAM license fees are priced per seat. The maximum is $300/person/year; know that this cost is lower with greater volumes and will be reduced as our client base grows.
