Workshop Overview
In times of uncertainty and change, nothing is more important than knowing, trusting and having faith in the best of who you are. People today need extraordinary levels of clarity, confidence and courage to meet the demands of a complex and ever-changing world. Personal Everyday Leadership (PEL) offers an opportunity for participants to discover and explore their inner leadership qualities and unleash their brilliant and essential best.
Participants of PEL tap into their whole being and the self-knowledge that allows them to thrive when meeting the demands of our times. Leadership capabilities are needed by everyone — at a minimum to be the leader of your own life! Whether you have a formal leadership role or not, success requires knowing yourself, standing for yourself, and giving fully of yourself. As a participant of PEL, you will come to know the unique leader that you are, you will discover the powerful leadership capabilities available to you when learning happens everyday.
You Will Learn
How to:
- Focus your attention on bringing the ‘real you’ to your life, the authentic best you, understanding that the drama in your life is not you.
- Cultivate self-knowledge and identity as a path of ongoing learning and growth, and a route to greater consciousness.
- Understand your personal energy ROI (return on investment) as key to being the leader of your life, and critical to establishing a healthy flow of giving and receiving energy.
- Develop clarity, confidence and courage by:
- identifing what is most important to you so that action is authentic and easy,
- understanding your unique strengths so that you leverage your best,
- experiencing feelings of aliveness and inspiration so that you identify appropriate ways to fuel your goals.
- Use your personal power responsibly by :
- taking a stand for your best,
- learning to make wise choices that you trust,
- setting healthy boundaries,
- living at the edge of what you know, and
- claiming who you are becoming.
- See creative possibilities by:
- being honest with yourself and others about current realities,
- using hopes and dreams as creative fuel in setting and achieving goals,
- finding an authentic path forward, and
- developing your visionary and strategic capabilities.
- Find where you best belong by :
- discerning what has heart and meaning,
- learning the importance of self-care,
- knowing deeply that you are not alone, and
- creating a nurturing and supportive community.

- letting go of the myth of perfection and the person who is no longer you,
- letting go of behaviors that self sabotage,
